Are you thinking to start the ketogenic diet? You already doing it, but feeling stuck or unmotivated? Let me help you with my tips.
When I started the ketogenic diet in 2020, of course it was the year of the pandemic, but that was actually the time, when I got fed up with my look and decided to get healthier and loose some wait. I started to get informations about keto from google, Tiktok, Instagram influencers, dietitians and followed many. First I was just curious about the rules and the food I can eat. So I printed out a shopping list and I laminated, and every time I go to the grocery store, I take it with me and buy food only from the list.
You can find my shopping lists in my other blog called "Feeling lost?...".
If you already know the food you can eat, and getting bored with the same ingredients, you need to change it up and be more creative or look for recipe ideas somewhere.
If you think it's overwhelming and can't make it on your own, then it's time for you to talk to a keto coach or nutritionist! They usually have a consultations and try to lead you to the right direction on your journey. You can also sign up for their programs.
I'm not working with any of them, and I'm not getting paid from anybody, but I would like to mention a few of my favorites:
Ben Azadi, Jonathan Shane, Maria Emmerich, Temple Stewart, David Herrera, Erin Power
I could mention a lot more names, but you'll find out more about the ketogenic community soon or later.
If you are not comfortable to get in touch with these individuals or with their team, then I might be able to help you time to time as well. Again I have to say I am not certified in any ways, but just speaking from my experience and the way I learned in the past years from many.
First you can scroll through my blogs to find the topics and then if you have more questions or need to talk to somebody, feel free to send me a message. You can find the message button on the right lower corner of this page.
I wish you the best on your keto journey and keep up the good work!
