It doesn't matter on age or gender, the ketogenic diet is for everyone. In fact this diet was originally created for children with epilepsy. But once they find out the health benefits, it became one of the most common diet for this era. Millions of people doing it.
You can do it for months or choose as a lifestyle.
I'm not gonna lie, I was thinking about it like 2 years. And now I'm so thankful for it.
I decided to choose as a lifestyle, because it helped me a lot. I wanted to do it for few months only, but after seeing, how I could manage it and made me feel so good, I just never looked back.
I've seen many successful stories during my 3 years and believe me, everybody is doing it in their own paste and style.
All you need to do is research a little bit, to know the dos and don'ts and get into it.
Exercise suggested, but I never stepped into the gym. Aldo I do walk a lot 5 days a week and trying to rest the other 2.
Eating the right way can keep you balanced and that's what you need on a long term.
Use tools, like apps, meal plans and try to think ahead of time. Get keto approved foods! Get a shopping list! Especially if you are just starting.
