The beginning

2020 I got to the point when my weight was over 240 lbs. I'm 6 feet tall, so friends said, I'm just curvy. I hated to see myself on pictures. I've been playing with the idea to start ketogenic diet, but I knew it has certain rules to follow. Took me sometime to start reading about it, but finally I did. In June 2020 I decided to start maybe for a few months. Of course I struggled, because I was eating the same food time to time. It was boring. I was checking out some recipe books and started to follow creators, influencers on TikTok and Instagram. All the sudden I started to create my own recipes, so I started to document them on TikTok as well. I had gain over 1000 followers quick, so I got really into it. I was making videos pretty much 2 or 3 times a week. Some of the videos got plenty views, so that was even more boost to continue. In 3 months time I did loose 17 lbs, When I started to see results, I just didn't want to quit.
