My all time favorite cheese buns to make (recipe)

I think for some of you is hard to give up bread. I created a cheese bun recipe, what you can make less then half an hour, included the baking.
Don't buy "keto bread" in the grocery store, unless the ingredients are keto friendly. Most of them contain gluten, non-keto ingredients and/or other preservatives, etc.
My favorite store bought buns are 'Smartbuns' from Smart baking company. No gluten, clean keto and no preservative. 0 carbs. Safe. That's the only one I ever buy.
Cheese buns (7-8)
1 cup almond flour
2 large eggs
1 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp whole flax seeds
5 tbsp unsalted melted butter
1 1/2 cup shredded manchego cheese (you can use other)
Pinch of salt
Mix all ingredients and scoop them out to a parchment paper layered baking sheet.
Bake at 350F for 20 minutes!
