Ketogenic diet is about consuming healthy fats. Here is the list what you can use.


Animal fats (bacon, lard, tallow, red meat and pastured eggs)

Avocados and avocado oil

Grass fed butter

Nut and seed butters (peanuts, almonds, flax seeds, hemp hearts, chia seeds, etc.)

Olives and Extra virgin olive oil

Coconut oil, cocoa butter, MCT oil, coconut butter and MCT oil powder

Cacao nibs

Full-fat greek yogurt, sour cream

Fatty fish (salmon, tuna, anchovies and sardines)
