The carnivore diet is restrictive high protein diet, only includes meat, fish and other animal foods like eggs and some dairy products. It excludes vegetables, fruits, grains, nuts, sugar, seeds and alcohol.

This diet is explained as a "Proper human diet". In this subject, Dr. Ken Berry and Shawn Baker are the most influential practicing doctors following and living the lifestyle.

This diet may not be for everybody, because it can be hard to maintain on a long term or if the person have other health issues, but it is proven to reach extreme amounts of success.
